My little story on how I became Real Estate Agent, because I had always felt it was ridiculous on how much I was paying out in real estate commissions every time I sold a house or did a flip a house. I know there are other people who must have feeling the same way about 6 or 7 percent coommission. Instead of charging 6 or 7 percent of sales price, I will list your property you pay a 4.5 percent commission. only if another agent brings you a buyer then you will pay 5 percen total Any buyers who contact us directly would be referred to you in order to avoid paying the 3 percent to another agent. And when I represent a buyer purchasing a home, I will retuen some of my commission in the form of a cash rebate at closing. Our clients have saved over 5 million in unnecessary commissions since I started in 2008.
