About Gay

My husband, Bill, and I established The PENAK Group Realty in July 2021 after leaving the local Century 21 franchise. Ours is a boutique brokerage founded on the principles of always placing the client’s needs before our own and doing business in a highly ethical manner. We rank consistently in the top 10% of agents in the Kerrville Board of Realtors. I have been in professional marketing and sales for over 40 years. I worked for a major telecommunications company where I managed multi-million-dollar specialized telecommunications portfolios. My strength was client retention and growth. I have been recognized nationally for my sales and marketing accomplishments. After retirement from AT&T, Bill and I moved to the Ozarks to continuing raising and breeding Clydesdale Horses. Shortly after moving to Missouri, I began my second career selling farm and ranch real estate. After returning to Texas in 2013 I tried retirement again but did not enjoy it. I loved working with individuals and helping them accomplish their real estate dreams. My attention to detail and thoughtful caring for my client’s needs made me a true standout. Once Bill and I began working as a team our combined efforts paved the road to the success that has allowed us to open our own business. Our sales and marketing expertise give our clients added resources to accomplish all their Real Estate needs.
