I’m Hiroki Irino, a REALTOR® with StepStone Realty and a real estate investor based in San Antonio, Texas. I work with local and international clients, including Japanese-speaking families relocating to Texas and overseas owners selling U.S. property. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I use market data to support pricing and negotiation decisions. I’m also an FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot, bringing an additional visual perspective to property marketing when appropriate. Before real estate, I served as a pilot in the Japan Air Self-Defense Force and earned my U.S. Air Force pilot wings. That background shaped the preparation, attention to detail, and accountability I bring to every transaction. Fluent in English and Japanese, I believe good representation starts with listening, explaining the options clearly, and following through.
