A native San Antonian, Jim knows the city well and loves her dearly. After some time in Austin he became a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Jim has taught Middle & High School, was the Director of Education for a national tutoring company, and for a majority of his adult life was in IT Consulting for a large multinational corporation. Real Estate is an exciting part two is his adventure. As a member of the Keller Williams Heritage and Trent Boarnet Home Selling Team, Jim has access to experience, resources and client support services to make a difference and find that dream home. Jim’s three pillars of business, educate, communicate and negotiate, serve as his roadmap for every transaction for which he is involved. With a goal to empower his clients to make educated decisions, Jim likes being known as the “no-surprises” guy. Outside of his career in real estate, Jim is an active member in his community. He has served on the Castle Hills Board of Adjustment and is actively involved in the Castle Hills Community Organization.
