Jihye is a licensed agent who has experience in investing across a range of real estate properties, from single-family homes and townhomes to foreclosures and small commercial properties. She is also the proud owner of Sara’s Inn on the Boulevard, a pre-1900 Victorian house on Heights Blvd. that has operated as a bed and breakfast for the last 28 years. Having been a real estate investor the last couple of years with her husband she has a network of contractors that she can recommend for any new home buyer’s needs. She works hard to find the right property for her clients and is not satisfied unless they are. She knows that for many buyers they aren’t simply looking for a house, but looking for a place to call home. Jihye has traveled to over 20 countries and is always eager to assist international clients looking for a place to live during their time in Houston. Having relocated to Houston for work in 2007 she knows how important it was to have a Realtor to work with that knew the city and could show her properties that would suit her taste. Being a foodie and active in the city, she can provide information to buyers new to Houston on the upsides and downsides of different areas in the city. Jihye is also an avid marathon runner, having run in Boston, Germany, multiple marathons in Houston and a 50 mile ultra-marathon around Lake Tahoe.
