About Jill

Born and raised in De Leon, Texas, on her family’s livestock ranch, Jill Hogg learned the values of hard work, integrity, and community early in life. Growing up alongside her three brothers and sister, agriculture has always been a cornerstone of her life. That legacy continues today—her family remains deeply rooted in the industry, with one brother a retired Ag teacher, another serving as the Texas Agriculture Commissioner, and the youngest working in irrigation and landscaping. After graduating from De Leon High School, Jill attended Tarleton State University. Following college, she explored several career paths before founding West & Company Jewelry in 2000—a wholesale western jewelry business she still owns and operates. In 2005, Jill discovered her true calling in sales when she joined Corral Boot Company, where her leadership helped drive the company’s successful launch. Her dedication and results earned her Salesperson of the Year for seven consecutive years before she retired from the boot industry. Today, Jill and her husband, Dwayne, make their home in Stephenville, Texas, where they also run a cattle ranch in Brown County. Together they have three children and four grandchildren. When she’s not helping clients, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, working cattle, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. Jill’s lifelong connection to agriculture, paired with her decades of experience in sales and customer relations, naturally led her to real estate.
