My name is Jolyn Warren and I am proud to say that I am a part of Realty Advantage whose Owner/Broker Molly Wahrheit was gracious enough to invite me to be a part of her growing brokerage. Molly is an engaging and accomplished professional who has built her real estate career over the last 25+ years. I was "born & raised" in San Antonio growing up in the Alamo Heights area and my parents grew up in the Harlandale neighborhood of the city so I have a thorough and diverse knowledge of the area and it's beautiful neighborhoods and hidden gems that exist through my lifelong experiences. Our brokerage is supported with the strength of a full time administrative staff as well as Brokerage Associates Sharon Miller and Johnny Morrow both with 20+ years of experience respectively. Sharon is our "Contract Guru" that supports our contract to close execution and Johnny wears the all important "Training & Development" hat which is a big role. He is a patient & thorough teacher that holds all of us accountable to our clients. He is a stickler to be up to date with all the latest changes, trends and need to know specifics in the industry.
