She makes it her business to collect all the intelligence she can about the local market trends in the Katy, Fulshear, and Richmond communities where she concentrates her real estate practice. She has worked, played, and volunteered in the area for 20 years. She has sold real estate from all strata of price points luxury, re-sale, new construction, investment. Before earning her real estate license, Julie managed a corporate legal department until 2000. That business background served her well when she joined Heritage Texas Properties in 2006. She worked as an assistant, learning all aspects of the buying and selling process, and listing foreclosures which were plentiful through 2008. Adapting to the ever-changing market, she became a full-time realtor handling relocation inventory, and more traditional buyers and sellers in 2009.
