About Kari

Thank you for visiting my webpage! Born and raised in San Antonio, I know this city and its surrounding areas! A Smithson Valley High School graduate and Texas State University alumni, I have lived in many cities around San Antonio. From San Marcos to New Braunfels, and then back to the hill country of Bulverde/Spring Branch, I know this part of Texas. With that said, I can now say all of Texas is beautiful, but San Antonio is the crown jewel! It is simply booming with new development, amazing neighborhoods, apartments, shopping centers, and endless entertainment and family fun! So how can I help you? Working with people and families is a passion of mine. I worked in both Comal ISD and NEISD as a teacher for ten years, and I am very familiar with the school districts, neighborhoods and communities in San Antonio. As a former teacher, I know that the relationships built with students, parents, and communities are essential. Each is a key component to an effective team that provides the tools and instruments in education a child needs to be successful. The same can be said for the relationship built in real estate. As your realtor, I understand the importance of working together, as a team, to help you meet your needs and get you what you want. I believe that my knowledge and familiarity with San Antonio, and the multiple cities surrounding San Antonio, is an asset for anyone looking at real estate, whether it be as a new home buyer, renter, or investor. I will do all that I can with the tools and instruments I have to get you into the home you want. I am excited to be a part of JBGoodwin REALTORS®, a unique team of realtors, and look forward to teaming with you for all of your Real Estate needs.
