About Kenneth

I moved to Houston in 1973 and began as a long-distance information operator, where I honed my listening skills sometimes helping people in urgent situations. I quickly advanced to a supervisor position, and a manager. Next, I moved outdoors as a lineman, then cable splicer working across Houston's neighborhoods, easements and right-or-ways. I was promoted to an Outside Plant Engineer planning the communications for the next 25 years. I then went to do Long-Range Forecasting, analyzing growth patterns with the advent of fiber optics transformation the speed of communications. These roles taught me how Houston's has developed, strong negotiation skills as a union, and how to solve problems under pressure. In 2003 I retired from the phone company and became a licensed Realtor - bringing all of the hands-on Houston knowledge into real estate at the Texas Legacy Properties brokerage.
