About Kevin

A life long Texan, I grew up in the Dallas area before migrating to Austin to attend The University of Texas at Austin in the early 1980's. I've made the Austin area my home for the most part since then with two brief exceptions in Houston for work and Dallas for an MBA at SMU. After graduating from SMU, I entered the software professional services business where I took turns at developing software, managing software development professionals and finally selling software professional services. Along the way, I developed a bug for real estate and attained my license in 2009. I practiced real estate on a part time basis until 2017 when I finally stepped away from the software world and entered real estate full time. I like to think my analytical nature that comes from my software background aids in my pursuits of helping my clients sell and purchase real estate in the smartest way possible. I currently reside in Lago Vista, Texas just outside Austin on the north shore of Lake Travis. I've visited here for the lake and golf since the early 1990's and have called it home since 2006. Both my children attended the award winning Lago Vista schools and now attend college at UT and Texas State. Another advantage I believe I bring to my clients is my ties to the community. During my time in Lago Vista, I've volunteered for a wide variety of organizations including Boy and Girl Scout Troops, Little Dribblers basketball league, Little League of Lago Vista, Lago Vista Aquatics, St Mary's Catholic church, the Lago Vista Property Owners Association, and the Lions Club of Lago Vista. In addition, I've served as an elected representative in the City Council Place 2 seat. As a result of the extensive volunteer work in the community, I know the organizations, the people, and the processes within the city. It makes me an excellent resource for my clients!
