# Meet Kim Clarkin Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make. It deserves more than someone who can unlock doors and fill out paperwork. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent more than 20 years as a professional photographer, helping people and businesses tell their stories through images. Along the way, I also worked in corporate real estate operations, where I became obsessed with creating better systems, improving processes, and making complicated things feel simple through Six Sigma methodology. Turns out, those skills are incredibly useful in real estate. Today, I help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Fort Worth area make confident decisions with a strategy that's built on preparation, marketing, communication, and a healthy dose of common sense. My photography background means I don't just list homes. I know how to position them. I understand what catches a buyer's eye, what creates an emotional connection, and how professional marketing can make the difference between "just another listing" and "the one everyone wants to see." I'm also the person who notices the little things. The crooked picture frame before photos. The missing light bulb before a showing. The clause in a contract that deserves another conversation. I believe details matter because they often become dollars. Clients tell me they appreciate that I'm honest, responsive, and never pushy. I'll absolutely celebrate with you when we find the perfect home or negotiate a great deal, but I'll also be the first to tell you when I think a house isn't worth your money. I'd rather earn your trust than make a quick sale. When I'm not negotiating contracts or flying my drone over a new listing, you'll probably find me behind a camera, on a golf course with my family, tending to my rose garden, or convincing my daughters that every open house doesn't need to become an adventure.
