About KIM

I obtained my real estate license in 1981 and earned by broker's license in 1985. My background includes working in the new and resale real estate business and with all types of residential properties. I have owned and currently owned my own real estate agency and have managed several agents. In selling or buying a home, much information is given to my clients in educating them throughout the transaction process and in helping them with their decision making process. In the Year 2011, I was nominated as Realtor of the Year (Austin Board of REALTORS), and even though I did not receive the award, I met one of my bucket list items by being recognized by my peers, which I am very grateful. I enjoy looking at houses and working with people and hope to continue doing so for many years.
