About Kodi

Kodi is a realtor focused on helping people move forward with confidence whether they’re renting, buying, selling, or investing. She understands that real estate decisions aren’t just transactions; they’re tied to real life, real goals, & major transitions. Her approach is to keep the process clear, steady, & centered around what matters most to you. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, where she was born & raised for 27 years, she later moved to Louisiana when her husband was offered a new career opportunity. As a wife, mother of teenagers, & a background in aesthetics she values building a life that is fulfilling both at home & beyond it. She is driven & motivated to achieve what she sets her mind too! Which led her to return to a long held goal of building her career in real estate. She then moved to Texas a place more aligned for her entire family. A town that reflects her love for horses, agriculture, & a more grounded way of life. Having gone through those moves herself, she understands what it takes to navigate change & support the people she works with through it. Today, she carries that same foundation of confidence, care, & connection into her work. She is dedicated, reliable, & willing to go the extra mile to meet people where they are. Helping you feel confident in all your real estate decisions.
