About Lacey

Hi, I'm Lacey Larsen. I grew up in the country in Bonham, Texas, and then spent more than 20 years working in downtown Dallas. I lived right in the heart of downtown for 15 years before putting down roots in Midlothian, so I know both worlds well: the energy of the city and the breathing room of a front porch in Ellis County. That mix is really the heart of my business. I help buyers, sellers, and families relocating to North Texas figure out not just which house, but which community fits the life they actually want to live. Some of my favorite work is with people moving here from somewhere else, because I get to introduce them to the places, schools, and small towns I love, and watch this area become home to them too. Before real estate, my career was spent studying markets and helping companies decide where to grow, and I still bring that researcher's brain to every pricing conversation and every neighborhood recommendation. But at the end of the day, this business is about people, not spreadsheets. My clients get honest guidance, straight answers, and someone who genuinely cares how their story turns out.
