Linda Ray is a full time licensed Realtor® who has spent years staging and preparing homes for sale. As a native Texan, Linda has lived in the Austin area since 1986 and knows the area well. Linda serves the entire Austin Central Texas Metroplex, but specializes in Northern Travis and Williamson Counties. Her earned designations and certifications are Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and New Home Construction (NHC). Whether you are buying, selling or investing, Linda will truly listen and help you make educated decisions and guide you through the process. She cares about what you want and will go the extra mile to see that you get it. Linda puts her clients real estate needs first. She conducts her business with the highest ethics, honesty, knowledge, and communication. Linda was in semiconductor sales for over 20 years while she raised her only daughter. Linda has always been involved in her community serving on the Brushy Creek MUD Parks and Recreation Committees, Girl Scout Leadership, HOA and Community Center Events. Linda then shifted to her family’s Oil & Gas business before finding her true calling in real estate. Linda spends every waking moment researching properties and developers. She loves exploring new northern neighborhoods while keeping an eye out for the next perfect property for “YOU”; her client, with total dedication. In her spare time, Linda likes to restore or give new life to antique furniture. She loves the outdoors, birds, flowers, and spending time with her dogs. Linda is a passionate person who puts her all into “All That She Does.” Linda is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Williamson County Association of Realtors. Austin Board of Realtors MLS and Women’s Council of Realtors. She earned the Williamson County Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award in 2019. Linda also proudly serves on the Williamson County Association of Realtors Community Service Committee and Membership Committee. She has participated in various fundraising causes for Breast Cancer research and MS , Williamson County food pantry drives.
