Lisa worked in commercial property management for six years in the 1980s prior to making the change to residential real estate sales. Her prior experience gives her a wide knowledge of all aspects of real estate and insight into the importance of property condition in pricing and marketing. Lisa is very conversant with new construction and offers new-home buyers valuable guidance in negotiations with home builders. A believer in continuing education, Lisa holds the coveted Certified Relocation Specialist. Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designations. Lisa is a graduate of Milby High School. She earned a bachelor's of business administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake where she graduated magna cum laude. Lisa is married and the mother of two sons, one a graduate of Texas Tech University and the other a licensed Realtor and University of Texas student. When not working, she enjoys activities as a University of Houston Football Booster and is a co-founder of the "Crank it Up Coogs Red Campaign."
