About Lisa Westerbeck

My background is unique as I was raised in a military family around the world and later a member of the Peace Corps in Poland. Never having a hometown, I ultimately chose New Braunfels to live near family, and “It just feels right!” I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Geography from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona. My professional career prior to real estate focused on grant writing, project management, urban and regional planning, with experience at local and regional government and academic institutions. As a licensed REALTOR® and founder of LISA Realty Group, my methodical style naturally lends itself to streamlining the buying and selling processes and guiding you through your sale or purchase. I have vast experience with transaction management, client relationships, relocation, new construction, and real estate technologies. I partner with staging professional Catherine Goodner to prepare homes for the market and Fossum Studios for architectural photography, videography, and aerial footage with my husband Erik Fossum. My goal is to create a buying or selling experience specific to your needs and lifestyle that is managed, seamless & fun!
