While Chicago was my first home, relocating to Austin with my husband has been an unparalleled opportunity to experience this magical, innovative city. I will always feel thankful for my snow-filled beginnings, yet I treasure the year-round outdoor lifestyle filled with music, incredible cuisine, and cultural experiences that make this city so distinct. For years, I used my dedication and tenacity to teach high school AP World History and Psychology, and yet I always had one eye on the market. Now I teach home buyers and sellers about the process of homebuying and selling, the psychology of competing in multiple offers, and how to focus on priorities to achieve their goals.
