About Logan

Logan McPherson is a Dallas-based real estate advisor and partner at Lighthouse Real Estate Group, helping clients across the DFW metroplex make confident, strategic real estate decisions. Known for his relationship-driven approach and clear, confident guidance, Logan works with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and land buyers to simplify complex decisions and create winning outcomes. With a strong understanding of market trends, neighborhoods, and negotiation strategy, Logan helps clients identify opportunities others miss and secure favorable terms. His goal is simple: to help people win—financially and personally. Before real estate, Logan played collegiate baseball at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he developed the discipline, competitiveness, and team-first mindset that now define how he serves his clients. At the core of Logan’s business is a commitment to relationships, integrity, and long-term impact. His faith shapes how he communicates, advises, and advocates for those he serves. He spent five years serving in the young adult ministry at Watermark Community Church and now remains actively involved in other areas of the church alongside his wife, Rachel. Outside of real estate, Logan enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and investing in meaningful relationships, and long hours perfecting the art of a perfectly smoked Texas brisket. He and Rachel were married in 2025, bought a home in Canyon Creek and are actively bringing it back to life.
