About Marc

We are named Texas Green Realty, because my broker, Nathan Doxsey, and I have spent the majority of our adult careers in the housing industry, as hands-on builders/remodelers, recognized green building consultants/educators, and dedicated real estate professionals. This experience offers you a team that has a deep knowledge of how a house is put together and what its true value is beyond the mere sales price. Our additional specialty of Green Building focuses on getting you into a home that is more comfortable, healthier, with lower utility and maintenance costs/issues. We believe that everyone deserves such a home, and we know such homes hold greater value than non-green homes. This experience, integrity, and commitment offers buyers and sellers a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate.
