Hello, I am Mark Wendler. I am a builder, developer, and a real estate agent. I have been around real estate for over 15 years, closing deals in many different capacities of real estate. I started by building my own rental properties over 15 years ago. Then continued to expand into building homes along with purchasing raw land properties and developing them into lots and subdivisions that my building company would then build and sell homes on. I have been in and around real estate and real estate business long enough to know it was time for me to get my real estate license.
