With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Maryam Gharbi brings a unique combination of market knowledge, real estate expertise, construction experience, and personal service to every client she represents. Since 1992, she has helped buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants navigate residential and commercial real estate throughout Greater Austin and Central Texas. Maryam's experience goes far beyond buying and selling homes. Her professional background includes residential and commercial sales and leasing, investment properties, new construction, property management, asset management, remodeling, and construction consulting. With an engineering background from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA, she brings an analytical and practical approach to real estate while keeping her clients' individual goals at the center of every transaction. Over the course of her career, Maryam has managed residential and commercial investment properties, overseen renovations and remodeling projects, worked with investors to improve property performance, and held leadership and management roles in the real estate industry. She has also served as a Director with the Austin Board of REALTORS® and the Texas Association of REALTORS®, as well as on an advisory committee for the City of Austin.
