About Matthew

We're Matt and Misty Scharff — a husband-and-wife real estate team with Keller Williams Premier Realty, proudly serving Katy, TX and the surrounding communities of Cinco Ranch, Elyson, Firethorne, Sunterra, and Fulshear. We also serve the Greater Houston Area. Over the past several years, we've had the privilege of helping first-time buyers find their perfect home, guiding growing families through move-up purchases, supporting military families and corporate relocations into the Katy area, and helping sellers maximize their return in every market condition. Whether you're buying, selling, or leasing — we've done it, and we've done it well. What makes us different is simple: you get two experienced professionals working for you, not one. Misty leads client experience, brand strategy, and relationship building — making sure every step of the process feels clear, supported, and stress-free. Matt brings sharp negotiation skills, market expertise, and a results-focused approach that gets deals done. Together, we've built a reputation for being thorough, responsive, and genuinely invested in our clients' outcomes. Our clients have described us as "engaged and knowledgeable," "patient and proactive," and a team that "never lets details fall through the cracks." We've helped first-time buyers navigate their biggest financial decision with confidence, helped Navy veterans transition home seamlessly, and helped sellers price strategically to go under contract fast — in some cases within days of listing. We know Katy and Houston. We know the master-planned communities, the school zones, the neighborhoods that are appreciating, and the ones that are the hidden gems. When you work with The Scharff Group, you're not getting a transaction — you're getting two people who treat your goals like their own. 📍 Serving: Katy TX • Cinco Ranch • Elyson • Firethorne • Sunterra • Fulshear • West Houston 🏡 Specialties: Buying • Selling • Leasing • First-Time Buyers • Military Relocation • Relocation • Move-Up Buyers
