I'm Melanie Joy Babauta, a Texas REALTOR® with SA SOLD Realty Group, brokered by REAL, serving San Antonio, New Braunfels, and the surrounding areas. Before real estate, I spent 19 years in the Army, and I still serve in the Army Reserve. My husband is a veteran too. We rented our whole lives until we used our VA loan to buy our first home, and later bought a duplex we now rent out. That experience is why I do this work. Nobody explained the VA loan to us in plain terms, and I want every service member and veteran I work with to understand their benefit and use it with confidence. I originally come from the island of Saipan, and I know what it's like to move your family across the world and start over somewhere new.
