BiographyAn alumna of the University of Memphis, Pattie began her business andreal estate career in 1979 in Nashville, TN. Within two years she obtainedher Graduate Realtor institute designation (GRI) and Certified Real EstateSpecialist Designation (CRS). Only 2% of all Realtor hold both thesedesignations. Her extensive real estate background started in new homesales and a management/owner position of a prominent Nashville BuildingCompany. During this time she honed her skills in builder brokeragewith the certification of New Home Sales Specialist, buyer brokerage,and real estate company management. She was honored with the life timemillion dollar sales awards given by the Nashville Board of Realtors. Withher extensive background in new home sales, and her meticulous attentionto detail, a prominent savings and loan asked her to manage sales in ahigh end custom home development in 1991 located in Memphis, TN. Asa consistent multimillion dollar agent and Hall of Fame Recipient, Pattieestablished a strong reputation in custom home sales and corporate relocationwhile working with most of the preeminent Memphis Corporations.With her background in sales in multiple cities, as a broker in three states,and now as an Austin resident, Pattie knows the complexities and challengesof relocation.
