With nearly 30 years of experience across the real estate and housing industry, Patrick’s background includes residential and land sales, mortgage lending, leasing, and new construction, including building homes in Limestone Ranch and River Rock Ranch. He also brings more than 15 years of operations leadership at USAA, along with extensive experience in VA and jumbo conventional lending, military relocations, first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers, and move-up transactions. Patrick and his wife, Lindsay, have called Boerne home for more than 20 years. Outside of real estate, they enjoy hiking, camping, and fishing. Together they have hiked stretches of California’s Pacific Crest Trail and summited Guadalupe Peak in Texas and Black Elk Peak in South Dakota. Closer to home, they enjoy the outdoors and lifestyle that make the Texas Hill Country such a special place to live. Patrick is also active in his church and community, serving on the worship team at Currey Creek Church and volunteering with local organizations. Patrick and Lindsay have three adult children, including one serving in the United States Air Force. Coming from a military family himself, Patrick has a deep appreciation for the commitment, sacrifice, and unique challenges military families face when relocating or purchasing a home.
