About Rachel

Rachel Solar is committed to giving the best possible service to every client regardless of their price level or time line. "I am driven," Rachel says. "Driven to make my clients happy, driven to be a leader in the Houston real estate market, and driven to succeed." "I greatly enjoy the working relationships that I forge with my clients, so many of whom become good friends," Rachel says. "I am patient, loyal, and work hard as an advocate and defender for my clients to ensure that they have the best possible outcome. I am creative when faced with challenges, but I always adhere to strong professional, moral and ethical guidelines." Highly conscious of the ever-changing nature of the housing market and the real estate industry itself, Rachel attends continuing education classes, forums and lectures on a regular basis to ensure that she is always up-to-date. "Real estate is a constantly changing market, not only on a day to day basis within each neighborhood but also in terms of technology and legal and regulatory aspects as well," she says. "It's important that I am knowledgeable on what is happening so that I can adopt better practices to serve my clients." Rachel transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful career in sales and non-profit fundraising. A native of Paris, Tennessee, she attended Trinity University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston since 2007. Rachel and her husband, Sebastien, a native Houstonian, have two young boys. When her busy work and home schedules permit, Rachel enjoys time with her family, which includes their Tibetan terrier, running, cooking, reading, and traveling.
