About Rhonda

The only place I have every called home is Lubbock, Texas! Born and raised here I have spent the last 22 years being a part of the Real Estate community. In 1995, Harold Chapman, one of the developers of Ransom Canyon, hired me to work at the sales office at the entrance of the canyon. After a few months I realized I had found what my love and passion was – REAL ESTATE! I worked for many years in different Real Estate office as office manager, working close with the agents and their clients. Since 2000, I also began working with the Real Estate Book and I continued to still be a part of the book today. I married Bob Severin, May 18, 1996 and our family became complete in 2001 with the birth of our daughter, Rachel. She is the joy of our lives. We are active members at Lakeridge Baptist Church and we also enjoy being involved with Rachel’s school activities. My dad, Clyde Brazell and brother, Ricky Brazell, both have over 100 years in construction together. Their area is residential and commercial construction and they both continue in this industry today. As you can see, construction and real estate are in our blood! At the End of 2013, I became a REALTOR® and I am ready to serve the people and community that I know and love so well. I would appreciate you sharing my cards with people you know that might be looking at buying at or selling in the near future. Or if you are in the market for a home or possibly selling your current residence, please give the me the opportunity to come and visit with you and do a current market evaluation on your property or help you starting looking for the just right place to call home.
