Richard is a veteran of the US Marine Corp with 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, 15 of those years have been concentrated in the Houston Real Estate market. Richard has both New Home and Resale Real Estate Experience that puts him in a unique position to assist with a wide variety of home choices. Richard has been married to his wife Theresa for twenty-six years. It was love at first sight when they took their oath of service for the US military side by side. Together they have four outstanding children, Alexandra, a West Point graduate who is currently serving in the US Army, Charrell, an art major at the University of Houston, Rebekah, a Baking and Pastry Artist and the mother of their only grandchild, Tristan and last but never least their only son, Thomas who attends the University of North Texas. When it comes to providing real estate services Richard is very focused on meeting his client’s needs. He truly has a desire to listen and learn the client’s Real Estate goals, then design a plan to meet those goals
