Our home market is Fort Bend and Waller counties, including Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and Brookshire. We also serve Harris and Montgomery counties, including Tomball, Spring, and Conroe. Together we bring over 12 years of experience representing buyers and sellers on both resale homes and new construction. Handling client service and transaction management at the same time is a lot for one person. We split the work. One of us is your primary point of contact — showing homes, advising on offers, and negotiating on your behalf. The other handles transaction coordination behind the scenes, tracking contract deadlines and staying on top of lenders, title, inspectors, and appraisers.
