My real estate strengths center on my clients. Whether representing Sellers, Investors, Developers, seasoned home buyers and sellers or first time home-buyers, my goal is to become your Realtor for life. 2020 was a year of excellence with regard to navigating the challenging and competitive waters of Multiple Offer Situations, and 2021 is seeing a similar trend. Because I work with so many Sellers, I am able to see what other agents are submitting in terms of offers and then utilize this information to my many Buyer-Clients' benefit. I guide my clients and am humbly grateful to be able to say that I have repeatedly secured “first position” for my Buyers, helping them to beat out other offers and get the home or investment property of their dreams. The same Client-centric experience has yielded me a solid track record of negotiating top dollar contracts with optimal terms for my Sellers' homes, too. I work by referral and incoming call requests so rather than “cold-calling” people I do not know, I am able to devote my time to taking care of those who’ve placed their trust in me and those who call me for information and market updates. I am blessed that my new, current and past clients keep me busy with their circles of friends and relatives who need a fabulous & dedicated Realtor. For life. Maybe it's because I grew up as the middle child of a family of seven that I’m so people-oriented, but the bottom line is we form bonds and friendships and this is my favorite thing about my chosen career. Born and raised on Long Island, NY I moved to Austin right out of high school to pursue a degree at UT Austin. I ended up double majoring in Finance and Statistics - Operations Research. The analytic nature of my coursework was the perfect complement to my caring upbringing in the Italian community of the northeast US. Industrious and determined to succeed, I worked my way through college in the restaurant business, opening my first business, a catering company, at 26 and then a lovely restaurant in Westlake Hills at 36. So much for my plans of moving back to NY and becoming the first female “Red Coat” on the floor of the NYSE! Nonetheless, both of those businesses proved a solid confluence for my passion for people, my attention to detail, facility with numbers and my drive to succeed. Fast forward a "few" years: our two amazing children are now college grads and I am still in the business of taking superb care of my clients, only now I’m helping them to achieve their goals of buying, selling or investing in Austin's HOT real estate market. Married more than 30 years to a Builder, Developer and altogether wonderful man, my "built-in" niche started in newly constructed homes however I’ve since grown a well-rounded business built upon taking care of my clients - in ALL areas of Austin and all price ranges. My number 1 goal is to help my clients achieve their goals in as stress-less an environment as possible! We often even have FUN!! Outside of work, my hobbies are hiking with my 3 legged Beagle baby. By the way, he has no idea he's missing anything, so don't tell him! I love music and art. I used to be an avid painter; I am working removing the “used to be” portion of that sentence. I love seeing shows of all sorts, particularly the ballet. I volunteer with a beagle rescue group, have founded an annual food drive and volunteer with Mobile Loaves and Fishes to help the homeless. I am a member of the West lake Chamber of Commerce, the Texas Realtor Leadership Program, the Graduate, Realtor Institute Society and Saint John Neumann Catholic Church Choir. I am passionate about my work, my family and my community and I am dedicated to exceeding my clients’ expectations and I look forward to getting started to work for you soon.
