About Terri

Terri Pierce was born and raised in Texas just south of Houston. She attended college on a softball scholarship at Texas State in San Marcos where she fell in love with Central Texas and all that it has to offer. Before acquiring her real estate license in 2015, she was a Business High School teacher and coach for 17 years. She believes her years of teaching is a contributing factor in being able to help educate her clients throughout the entire real estate process. This eases her clients minds and gives them confidence as they proceed together to achieve their real estate dreams. Terri became involved in real estate well before obtaining her license. During the summers, she worked for the maintenance departments at the schools. While doing this, she learned many skills that she put to use in five homes she purchased and flipped in a 12 year span. This experience and knowledge gives her the ability to provide first hand information to her clients and allows them to better see the possibilities in a home if needed. Although she loved teaching and coaching, she decided to follow her passion in real estate when she was expecting her second son. Terri states that being a parent of two amazing, energetic, always entertaining boys is the best thing in the world. She enjoys going fishing, going on hikes, game nights, and experiencing new things with her boys. Whether you are buying, selling or looking for a place to rent, Terri’s passion and enthusiasm will be exactly what you will need and want in the Austin and surrounding area real estate market. She is here to serve you and serve you well!
