About Theodore

Ted Billock is a Dallas-based real estate agent with the Aaron Shockey Group, representing buyers and sellers across the Dallas market. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Ted brings a background in commercial real estate investment analysis and consulting, offering clients a thoughtful, data-driven perspective on each transaction. Prior to transitioning into residential real estate, Ted worked on evaluating multifamily and mixed-use developments, analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Having lived in Dallas for nearly a decade, Ted has developed a strong understanding of the neighborhoods surrounding SMU, the Park Cities, and North Dallas. He focuses on helping clients navigate the market with clarity, providing insight into pricing, timing, and overall strategy while maintaining a high level of responsiveness throughout the process. Originally from San Diego, California, Ted brings a well-rounded perspective and strong appreciation for both lifestyle and investment considerations in real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys following football and baseball, spending time on the golf course, and staying active in the Dallas community.
