About Thomas

I come from a small town in Iowa, with a blue collar mind set. Work hard, learn from the negatives, take the risks, trust the process and have a don’t quit attitude. During the Covid months I left my dead end property management job, packed my bags and moved south to warmer weather, a bigger city, in search of a better opportunity. Since being in San Antonio, I’ve built a family that I love spending time with (my wife, two year old son, and three dogs) and are my number one supporters. We love exploring the running trails around the city, finding tasty food spots, and creating memories with the little gems that San Antonio has to offer. During the short six years that I have been in San Antonio, my wife and I have invested and manage different types of rental properties, consequently inspiring me to pursue a career in real estate. My goal now is to uplift and inspire you to find the perfect home. Whether it be a rental home, offering less commitment, fixed living expenses, and lifestyle freedom. Maybe you want to own a home and create a lifetime of memories in said home or an investment property to generate passive income. Whatever it is, I want to be in your corner to make the process easier for you!
