About Todd

I graduated with a BSTM (Technical Business Management) and I’m a bit of a tech geek, having installed smart home automation and producing videos for a sales and advertising company. These technical strengths enable me to understand how to use technology efficiently to help sell and locate your home. Extensively remodeling an older home and a business has given me many insights into construction methods and costs. Having earned the GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, CRBS, Certified Residential Buyer Specialist, and NHSAC, New Home Sales Agent Certification, I am ready to help you find your new home. I am also RBC Cross-Border Real Estate Certified, so I may help Canadians with their Texas home purchases. My wife of over 20 years, Martika, and I have been blessed with two wonderful girls Alexia and Sophia that keep us busy with Girl Scouts, gymnastics and music lessons. My passions are my family, real estate, travel and wine. I have achieved the advanced certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, The French Wine Scholar certification, and the Certified Specialist of Wine, so feel free to start a wine-related conversation with me any time!
