About Todd
As the son of Dallas real estate icon Ellen Terry, Todd grew up immersed in the world of real estate and has spent a lifetime mastering the family business. He believes that clear, consistent communication is the foundation of every successful transaction. "Listening to clients' needs is paramount," Todd says. "When I understand their goals and dreams, I can simplify the process and reduce stress." He is a member of The Realtor Alliance, a professional network dedicated to continuing education and delivering top-tier service. Outside of real estate, Todd is also active in the local film and television industry-two careers that complement each other by sharpening both his creative insight and business acumen. Todd has been married to his wife, Anna, for 28 years, and together they have two sons, Austin and Conner
