After graduating from college and working in the tech industry for several years, she decided to join her father and became a California Licensed Sales Agent in 2004. During that time, her foundation for sales, strong communication, financing and marketing was established. She has extensive experience with new homes, having represented one of the nation's top builders, Lennar Homes, as a New Home Consultant, Internet New Home Consultant and Interim Marketing Manager for over 7 years in Southern California. There her expertise expanded, managing sales of start-up to high-end communities which offered the latest energy efficient “green� home features, home automation technology, and top of the line upgrades. She thrived in this environment which fueled her strong interests in interior architecture and design. As a ‘relo’ to Dallas herself, Tricia was determined to continue her love for helping others achieve their real estate goals and therefore became a Licensed Salesperson in Texas.
