Hi, I’m Valerie Valencia — REALTOR®, negotiator, professional problem-solver, and occasional real estate therapist. 😂 Buying or selling a home is a BIG deal, but that doesn’t mean the process has to feel stiff, confusing, or completely stressful. I like to keep things real. I’ll explain what’s happening in normal human language, tell you when something doesn’t make sense, celebrate the wins with you, and probably crack a joke somewhere in between. I’m big on family, faith, honesty, and treating people the way I’d want my own family to be treated. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, because real estate paperwork is confusing enough in ONE language. My clients quickly learn that I’m not the quiet, disappear-after-you-sign type of REALTOR®. I ask questions, follow up, negotiate, communicate, and stay involved from “I think I want to buy a house” all the way to “OMG, these are actually my keys!” And somewhere along the way, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll become friends too.
