About Wally

Wally has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986. He has received the designations of CRS, ABR, GRI, and CRB. Wally graduated from Baylor University in 1974 with a BBA. He has been a previous owner of a commercial and residential property management business. He is the owner/broker of RE/MAX Centx Associates. Wally enjoys working with people, mentoring students, and developing quality real estate professionals. He participates in the Chamber of Commerce Business Link Program with Georgetown ISD. He enjoys his family, hunting, outdoor activities, and has completed six Motorola Marathons. Wally is an active member at First Baptist Church, Georgetown, where he was a previous deacon chairman, active life group member, and consistent volunteer. Wally actively monitors the Williamson County real estate market. He has been involved in all types of projects: 1987-1989 FSLIC Southwest Plan workouts, divorces, pre-foreclosures, HUD foreclosures, and numerous Broker’s Opinion of Values requests. Wally follows future development and zoning issues in the Williamson County Area. He has an excellent reputation with the City of Georgetown and the Williamson County real estate community. Wally has been married for almost thirty nine years. Annette, his wife, is Wally’s partner with RE/MAX Centx. Their son, Justin, 35, owns American Irrigation in Georgetown, and is married to Ashly Holmstrom, an agent associate at RE/MAX Centx.
