About Xavier
Hello, my name is Xavier Richardson. I have been in the Army for past eight years. Four years active, one year guard, and the remainder in the reserves. I am currently stationed at Fort Sam Houston as an Army Reserve Drill Sergeant. I am blessed to have resounding support from my wife and three lovely children. My transition from the Active Duty sparked my interest in Real Estate and not pursing it until 2020. During that time, I developed a passion in helping the Military community my fellow brothers (and sisters) in arms; obtain whatever dream they have in owning real estate. That has not limited me from helping the rest of the local community obtain their dream as well. My scope is in residential sales but it does not stop me from continuing to learn. I am licensed in the state of TX as well as SC. I look forward to helping you buy or sell your next home.
