David represents both buyers and sellers. A lot of his clients have been first-time buyers: young professionals, couples, and people buying a home on their own. His approach is education first and low pressure. Several times a year he hosts home buying seminars as a way to connect with those curious about the process. He walks clients through every step, from pre-approval to closing day, so they understand what they’re signing and why, and he never rushes anyone toward a decision they aren’t ready to make. Before real estate, David worked in hospitality, and it still shapes how he works. He’s responsive, dedicated, hard working, organized, and focused on making a stressful process feel manageable. As a broker at Ridgeline, he supports other agents at his brokerage, so his clients benefit from someone who knows contracts and negotiations inside and out. A native Vermonter and 2018 UVM graduate, David has lived in Burlington’s Old North End for about a decade and intimately knows these neighborhoods as a resident, not just as an agent. Since earning his license in 2021, he has completed more than 110 transactions, and in 2025 he ranked in the top 7% of agents in northwest Vermont, a pace he’s on track to match again this year. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him with his wife and daughter adventuring around town, enjoying the wonderful food and beverage scene, or connecting with friends and neighbors. He’s also passionate about exploring the outdoors, particularly in a canoe with binoculars close at hand.
