Most people I work with are in the middle of something: a growing family, a job that requires a move, or a parent's house that suddenly needs decisions. Whatever brought you here, my job is to make the next part easier than it looks right now. I have spent most of my working life helping people through hard days. I spent nearly a decade in law enforcement, including serving as a police officer in Winston-Salem, NC. Later, I worked as a catastrophe claims adjuster, licensed in seventeen states. I am also a licensed EMT and previously worked as a CNA in hospitals and nursing homes. Those years taught me that when a lot is happening at once, people do not need more pressure. They need someone steady. I answer the phone, I keep you informed, and I do what I say I will do. I understand the house itself, too. I completed home-inspection training through InterNACHI, and my claims experience taught me how to recognize damage and understand what repairs may cost. I have also renovated, bought, and sold homes of my own. Preparing a house for sale does not mean fixing everything. Sometimes you make the repair. Sometimes you leave it alone and price it honestly. I serve families throughout the New River Valley, including Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, Giles, and Floyd. Whatever is bringing you here, I would be glad to help you work through it.
