About Karyn Trumbull The Trumbull

Karyn Trumbull is a Charlottesville native with experience in every aspect of what makes Charlottesville such a great place to live. From schools to playgrounds, restaurants to golf courses she has great insight on the local perspective. She coowned and operated a small business in Charlottesville for over 10 years before launching her career in real estate. Karyn took a chance by starting her career in real estate while the housing market entered a difficult period. Over the last several years she has proven successful representing both buyers and sellers despite the challenging market. “I have always wanted to help people, to make a difference in their lives. I get that chance every day. We work hard to provide a higher level of service and care than what is expected. Our clients become a part of our lives and we are honored to be a part of theirs. We understand that buying and selling a home is about more than just houses.” Karyn has been a consistently top producing agent and teamed up with Stephanie Howard in 2011, forming “The Trumbull Group” at Nest Realty. Together they strive to provide unparalleled real estate service to each and every one of their clients. Karyn attributes her success to hard work, great service from the resources she and her clients depend upon - lenders, home inspectors, contractors, attorneys, fellow agents, etc., unwavering support from her family and friends, and the fact that she has the privilege to live and work in such an amazing town!
