About Natalia
Hello, I’m Natalia! As a first year real estate agent in the Yakima Valley, I’m thrilled to help you navigate your next real estate journey. While I am proud to call the Valley home today, my story started a bit further south. Originally from Santa Rosa, California, my family finally settled in the Valley in 2013. Growing up here allowed me to deeply explore and fall in love with the surrounding areas, shaping who I am today and giving me an intimate knowledge of our local communities. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me staying active—whether that’s lifting weights at the gym or exploring the incredible natural beauty that Washington has to offer. I love a good challenge and am always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally. My face might already look familiar around town! You may recognize me from previously lifeguarding at YAC Fitness, serving tables at a local favorite, Waffles Café, or making coffee at Outback Espresso. I bring that same dedication, energy, and community spirit to real estate, and I can't wait to help you find your place in the Yakima Valley.
