Nick Huston, REALTOR® | RE/MAX Professionals | 2026 RE/MAX Hall of Fame Recipient I grew up in Baldwin-Woodville, Wisconsin, and today I live between Nowthen, Minnesota and Baldwin-Woodville. That means I know both sides of the St. Croix the way locals do. I'm licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and I help buyers and sellers across Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota with homes, acreage, hobby farms and waterfront property. Since starting in real estate in 2017, I've closed more than 200+ sales, and in 2026 I was honored to receive the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award. Most of my business comes from past clients and their referrals, which means more to me than any award. Land is where I feel most at home. I an aspiring bee keeper, raise chickens and love time on the water, so I understand wells, septic systems, outbuildings, shoreland rules and what makes a piece of land work for the way you want to live. I also work with first-time buyers, investors, estate sales, new construction, short sales, foreclosures and 1031 exchanges. Service has always been part of who I am. I volunteered at Regions Hospital as a teenager, spent five summers as a counselor at Tomahawk Scout Reservation, and I'm proud to support veterans and public service workers. Before real estate, I earned my business degree from UW Stout and worked as an insurance adjuster, which taught me to spot problems early and stay calm when deals get complicated.
