Zack Cummins is the Broker of Concept Z - Home & Property, a local real estate firm in Sheridan, WY. Zack started Concept Z with the idea of putting Giving first in the real estate business. Far too long had the industry made Agents and Commissions the focus of the Brokerages to drive sales, and treat people like a numbers game. CZ turned that on its head by focusing on giving the industry back to the Consumer by focusing on their needs, taking a consultative approach to help guide them, striving to add value to their real estate experience and establishing the Concept Give Back fund to give a portion of each sale back to the local charities and non-profits. In addition to Concept Z, Zack is married to his high school Sweetheart, Amanda, and has four kids, Eli (UW Graduate), Connor (GCU Student), Afton (Big Horn High School) and Blake (Big Horn Middle School). Zack and his wife enjoy coaching basketball and traveling to watch their kids compete in various sports.
