Our Story

Reinventing seller lead capture in the AI era

We're using AI to give homeowners clarity around pricing and give agents better seller leads, richer context, and a simple way to manage conversations from first interest to signed listing.

Our vision

"AI will never replace real estate agents. Instead, let's harness it to give homeowners clarity around pricing strategies and give agents better seller leads and greater context."

For too long, homeowners have been forced to start their selling journey with incomplete or misleading information — and agents are left dealing with the confusion that follows. Our vision is to use AI to bring clarity earlier in the process, helping homeowners understand pricing in context while surfacing real intent for agents. When pricing conversations start with transparency, trust follows naturally.

We're building a platform where AI works quietly in the background — capturing seller interest, enriching leads with real data, and giving agents a lightweight, focused system to manage opportunities from first contact to listing. No bloated CRMs. No noisy lead marketplaces. Just better information, better timing, and better outcomes for agents and sellers alike.

The road so far

Fall 2025

Early Agent Access

We're onboarding a small group of agents to gather feedback, validate lead quality, and refine how valuations and seller intent are captured.

Spring 2026

Pilot Market Launch

We'll launch in select markets with live seller valuations, lead routing, and basic lead tracking tools for participating agents.

Summer 2026

Full Platform Rollout

We'll expand to additional markets and introduce enhanced lead management, reporting, and workflow features based on real agent usage.

"We believe AI should enhance the best agents, not replace them."
